Using Positive Affirmations in Meditation – How to Balance Chakras with Affirmations

When using this positive affirmation meditation it is advised that you wear loose and comfortable clothing, sit or lie down in a quiet place and similar to the “1 easy technique to balance chakras download”( available on the website) during the meditation you should focus on the location of each chakra and see the chakra in its vivid colour spinning in a clockwise direction.

As you see this chakra brightly spinning and sending its vibrational energy throughout your body you can either say out loud, or internally, the affirmation for each chakra.

Repeat each affirmation 3 times, and each time speak with authority and confidence, seeing in your minds eye that this is your right and already achieved. Believe the words as you say them. See the affirmation being spoken as the reality in your life.

Settle yourself comfortably, take a few deep breaths in and out. Visualise yourself breathing in silvery white light, from the heavens. This silvery white light clears you of negative feelings, emotions and stresses of the day. As you are breathing in you will feel your lungs open and more energy flowing into your body allowing yourself a connection to the divine.

With each breathe out you feel lighter and more in tune with the universe and you will feel all the tension draining from your body.
