Sit comfortably, or lay down, and close your your eyes. Start your meditation by focusing on and becoming aware of your breath.

Feel your breath as it enters your mouth, sense the cool air as it enters and warms. Visualize and feel this breath as it travels, deep down filling your lungs.

Know that with each inhalation you are breathing in pure energy, the energies of vitality and health. Filling you with prana, the essential life force.

As you exhale, feel your body relaxing, know that you are releasing all stored toxins, accumulated stress and all negativity.

Stay focused on your breath, feel the nourishment of life force energy with each inhalation and the sense of deep peace that each exhalation brings.

Now bring your focus into your being, see your physical body in your minds eye, see and sense the renewed life force that is within your body.

Become aware of the warmth within you, feel the energy tingling in each cell.

Now feel your energy expanding, see it extending out into your aura and environment. See it become one with everything around you.

Feel the connection that you have with every living thing, with all of nature and all existence.

Sense the connection you have with the universe.

Now move your focus to Sahasrara the Crown Chakra at the top of the head.

Visualize in your mind’s eye a bright spot of light appearing in the heavens. A small spot of light that begins to grow brighter, a pure white electric point of light in the universe above you.

See this light growing large, brighter. Now see the beautiful pure universal light travelling down in a pure shining stream of energy.

See this beautiful light glowing and sense it’s beauty as it enters the top of your head and enters your body through the Crown.

Feel it as it travels down filling your body. From the top of your head, slowly expanding and filling your face and your neck, traveling down filling your shoulders, down it travels, all the way down into your arms, your hands, your fingers.

Feel the energy of the healing universal light going down and filling your chest, your abdomen and down into your hips.

Feel it as it travels down your legs, into your feet and toes.

Your entire body is filled with the energy of divine universal healing light.

See this healing energy continue to radiate down from the heavens and continue to flow throughout your body. See this energy filling you entirely. In your minds eye see this energy being directed to any physical area that needs healing.

Feel its healing energy, feel the warmth that expands and tingles through areas being restored and healing

Allow this divine healing light to bring you peace. Sense that this energy is clearing away any emotional issues or past trauma. Allow these issues to be cleared, knowing that you are safe, that you are loved, that you deserve happiness.

Sense any emotional trauma that has been locked inside your body gently washing away and being replaced with energies of love, and joy and peace.

Now bring your awareness to any goals or intentions you may have.

Hold the thoughts of these in your minds eye and as you allow this universal light to manifest them, bringing them into your reality.

Feel your connection to all of life and all of nature, sense your connection to the energy of divine light. Know that all and everything is connected, is one.

Now simply allow yourself to be still, allow yourself to just be, allowing yourself to be completely present with yourself.

Be aware, become aware, and thankful for everything that you have.

Breathe deeply,and as you do expand your sense of gratitude. Feel your heart radiating with restored love, restored joy, feel the energies within Anahata the heart chakra.

Sense these energies radiating throughout the heart center.

The heart center connects you deeply to the universe and the earth. Know that the energies within your body and your aura are balanced, and flowing freely.

Breathe deeply. Feel the appreciation from your physical body for the energies flowing within. Sense the energies that are expanding the love you feel for yourself, expanding the unconditional love you feel for others and send to others.

Breathe deeply. Sense your restored willingness to find and accept inner peace. Sense the energies of forgiveness radiating through your body. See yourself being liberated from suffering and trauma.

Inhale and know in your heart that you are important, you are loved, that you love, that you are whole. Exhale and as you do, feel even more relaxed, at peace and calm.

Let go of any remaining tension. Allow the universal energy to take it, absorb it and burn it away.

Surrender yourself willingly from the Ego, the personal mind. As you do sense that you are making way for and welcoming your Higher Self, your Inner self.

Now move your focus back to the stream of divine universal light. See it continue to stream down entering your crown.

See it pouring down into your abdomen, into your belly. Sense the warm and glowing energies as they accumulate inside your belly. Sense that this energy is igniting the “fire” inside you. See it as a bright burning fire, pure hot, burning bright.

With each breath you take this fire burns brighter and hotter, see this energy illuminating from your core. Filling you with hot pure healing energies. This energy will remain, restoring you when needed, when asked for.

Now slowly bring your hands to Anahata the Heart Center. Place one hand, palm down on your heart. The other hand palm down on the first hand.

Take a deep breath in. Sense with each breath that the universal light is filling you with peace, with joy.

Feel the energies pouring down being directed into the heart, feel the energies of unconditional love, of happiness and joy.

Feel your heart being filled with compassion and feel the love from the universe expanding throughout you.

Now exhale, knowing that the energies of unconditional love are emanating from you. Send these energies from your heart center to the earth and every living thing.

Send your energies of compassion, love and joy out and into the cosmos.

With each inhalation you are filled with unconditional love and healing, With each exhalation you radiate this back out and into everything.

Keeping your hands on heart center and your eyes closed, focus your attention on Ajna the Third Eye Chakra. Focus on this spot between the brows, the all seeing eye.

Breathe deeply. See the energies from the universe connecting your Heart to your Third Eye.

Sense this energy flowing from third eye to heart and then back from heart to the third eye. These energies are forming a divine partnership.

Know that these energies are enabling you to access your True Higher Self.

Bring your focus back to your Third Eye. Allow yourself to sense and to feel the energetic response you now have with your illuminated third eye center.

Breathe in, allowing yourself to sense the energies that are rippling throughout your being.

Inhale, and know that you are powerful, and at peace, that you are loving and strong, that you are wise and compassionate.

Exhale feeling even more peaceful, calm and restored.

See the fire in your belly still burning bright, see your heart glowing and radiating love, see your entire aura glowing brilliantly, expanding outward, bright and shining.

Now allow yourself to send any messages or communications you wish the universe to know. You can send messages of gratitude. Send any desire which are in your heart.

Maybe there are affirmations you wish to project into the universe. Know that you are safe and that you can speak from the heart without fear, without hesitation, without worry. Know that you are loved and safe.

Take some time to express thanks and give love to whoever or whatever your beliefs connect with. To The Great Spirit. To the Creator. To Mother Earth. To the Universe.

Give thanks for the gifts being received, for the gifts you are yet to receive and sense the appreciation that is streaming from your heart.

Breathe in, and as you do know that you are whole, you are complete. Know deeply that you are perfect, you are perfect as you are.

Know you are who you should be and you are exactly where you should be.

When ready take some time to affirm yourself, you can state these affirmations out loud or in your mind.

Breathe in and affirm;

I am Love. I am Loved.

Breathe out and affirm.

Inhale,

I am Whole – I am Whole.

Exhale,
